Strapping wheels to your feet and trying to learn balance, control and speed is nothing short of scary. However, nothing beats the thrill of learning and experiencing a new skill. We, at BNMA Quantum Sports train young skaters with established training patterns and drills to enhance their speed, endurance and patience.
Balancing and progressing are the two basic steps involved in learning skating. It is important to provide strength training coupled with resistance and footwork training to skaters in order to build their confidence to stand back up after falling down.
