KARATE

Karate is an unarmed martial arts discipline which includes striking, kicking and defence blocking with legs and arms which inculcates a tolerance for some pain. We, at BNMA Quantum Sports lay the emphasis while we teach karate on understanding human movement and concentrating one’s body’s power at the point and instance of impact. Though leadership and freedom is earned while learning karate, it is important to understand the the responsibility of this freedom that is pursued.
In order to strive for perfection, all that a karate aspirant needs is to focus on emptying one’s own mind. That can be achieved by developing a sense of understanding vibrations or feelings of oneself as well as of the opponent. Focus and strength come together when the effort to understand physical and psychological conditions are put in.
We provide Karate coaching on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 3-4 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 - 10 am and on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 7-8 pm in Thane.
